Corporations or individuals join Trade Days, an Oklahoma not-for-profit corporation, as Sponsors to help support a central clearing house for buying and selling aircraft and aviation equipment. Sponsors have opportunity to guide Trade Days development, improvement and growth through their advice and input. Sponsors can recover part of their Sponsorship Fees through discounts on commissions due Trade Days when they are buying or selling aircraft and equipment. The Sponsor is an essential ingredient in the smooth operation of Trade Days International Inc.

Each Sponsor pledges to conduct his business according to the following standards:

• Insure that all aircraft transactions are handled in an ethical and professional manner at all times.
• Recommend the conveyance of titles and papers before closing the transactions.
• See that all contracts and agreements, to which the Sponsor is a party, be made in writing and be complete and exact.
• Strive to keep the Selling Party information private as well as agree to only directly contact the chief executive officer or his personal representative in charge of selling aircraft and agree not to interfere with or personally contact any field representatives and office staff without the prior permission of the chief executive officer. (The ideal situation would be between the Buyer and/or Option holder and the Selling Party. The Selling Party may have a rather large item for sale, and may not want to upset its office or field personnel in any manner other than making a final announcement that the aircraft have been sold.)
• Agree to serve on an international sponsor advisory board or other committee, if requested by Trade Days International, Inc.'s executive staff.
• Agree that one percent (1%) commission, whether participating as Buyer or Seller, shall be paid by each Seller or Buyer to Trade Days International, Inc. Sponsorship Commission Allowance (as shown below) will be deducted from any commission payments due Trade Days by Sponsor until such Allowance assigned to the selected Sponsorship Class is used up. (Buyer 1% + Seller 1% = 2% Total)
